The speech of a social whore contains phrases that, if overthought, would seem quite delusional. But delirium has one peculiarity - if it is often uttered, everything will seem to fall into place. If a person is used to adding the prefix "how are you?" after the word "hello," then there is no doubt that he is a sociopath. The Americans are quite sad about it - for them the question "How are you?" is, in fact, not even a question, but simply a verbal turnover without any semantic component. And in America, the person who would seriously and thoroughly answer the question "How are you?" may well end up in the local asylum.
